My story
I am a London-based teacher, certified in Power Yoga and Yogalates. I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and started relying on it for the physical, mental and emotional benefits.
As I began practicing on my mat daily, I found that movement is medicine to heal the body. I am also a part-time architect and found how beneficial movement was to release daily stress, to stay calm in overwhelming situations and help nurture a positive mindset.
The mind-body connection is a powerful tool and I hope I can create a safe space that promotes a practice that allows each client to develop a version of what yoga means to their body and life.

IBD Awareness
Being diagnosed with an inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), called Ulcerative Colitis in 2015 I found yoga helped balance my mind and body through my bodily trauma and used it as a powerful tool to heal.
IBD is often described as an ‘invisible disease’ because of its absence of visible symptoms and can at times feel isolating.
I hope to raise awareness about IBD, how I learn to live with it day to day, the stigma and misunderstanding around IBD awareness and the impact it may have on daily life. I aim to create a supportive community that combines physical health with education and understanding of IBD, empowering individuals to enhance their well-being holistically.
I am a true believer that yoga is a lifestyle, and what you learn on the mat can find a way to calm down the mind from the noise.
Yoga
My yoga classes fuse together the more traditional yoga methods with more dynamic techniques that aim to transform the body and mind through movement.
I thematically change my classes weekly to focus on different elements leaving no part of the body untouched. With the focus on movement connected to breathing techniques, we build strength using breath to transition and facilitate poses.
With consistency, my classes help to increase flexibility to enhance overall range of motion, coordinate breath through movement to deepen your practice, enhance your focus and foster a sense of calm.
My yoga classes are designed for all abilities - beginner - intermediate - advanced.
Yogalates
This practice combines the benefits of both yoga and Pilates training. In my classes we may use equipment such as hand weights, Pilates ball and resistance bands.
My classes build overall core strength using props, by strengthening and lengthening the muscles. Our focus is ensuring correct alignment and posture to promote flexibility, improving overall mobility that will reduce any chances of injury.
We maintain breath awareness emphasising the strong connection through the mind and body encouraging mindfulness and reducing stress.
My classes are accessible for all individuals of different fitness levels and ages.
