MY OFFERING

    • I teach simple yoga stretches that can be done at the desk to reduce strain on the neck, shoulders, back, and wrists—common areas affected by long periods of sitting.

    • Specially designed yoga poses to counteract the negative effects of sitting for long hours, helping to prevent or reduce chronic pain.

Every ability is welcome - if you’re a only just starting your journey in yoga or are an experienced yogi looking to deepen your practice I offer a highly personalized and supportive experience to feel better physically and emotionally. Yoga adapts to YOU so you move in a way that is valuable to you. This can either be online or with me in the comfort of your own home.

    • This provides focused attention, helping you refine your technique, alignment, and posture. You can make adjustments and offer modifications to ensure you practice safely and effectively.

  • Location Flexibility:

    • Offer private sessions either in-person at your home, or a park, or provide virtual classes

    Convenient Times

    • Provide flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to choose times that work best for your busy lifestyles, such as early mornings, lunch breaks, or evening sessions.

    Ongoing Support

    • Offer you the option for ongoing guidance, whether it’s through follow-up sessions, home practice plans, or check-ins between classes to ensure they stay motivated and on track with their goals
